No. 3 was ordered Jun 15, 1880. Baldwin accidentally put Miller buffers on her and two of her sister engines. These were soon replaced. She was originally fitted with wooden transom trucks and later with V&T style iron trucks. She was absorbed into the Nevada & California in 1906, her number was vacated and she went for scrap in Sparks on Sept. 23, 1908.
No. 4 was ordered Jan 29, 1881. She was originally fitted with wooden transom trucks and later with V&T style iron trucks. She was absorbed into the Nevada & California in 1906. She had a rebuild in 1914, and was vacated from the SPNG roster on Jan 31, 1929. She was sold to the Nevada County Narrow Gauge as #7 in June of that year. She was scrapped in 1937.
